Source and fit new bathroom mixer bath/shower tap, Source and fit new bath panel. Repair Ceiling: Kevin was excellent , gave a very reasonable quote , was prompt and adhered to Covid 19 safety. He was quick efficient and was above all honest. There was one part of the ceiling that he said needed extra repair due to excess water leakage and that this should be a matter for my housing association to look at. As he said any paint or plaster would not take due to damp caused by external structural problem. Excellent communication , punctual and well mannered. He even realised I had overpaid him by mistake and refunded. Highly recommended.

Garden decking and shed roof: All work completed on time and to agreed price. Excellent job.

Refit, tiled and decorated bathroom and separated toilet too. Plus last year year replaced fencing and gates- metal and wooden and repaired shed: Highly recommend AKP for all jobs undertaken this year and also for variety of jobs to outside of property last year! Listened to my ideas and suggestions and made helpful suggestions and found clever solutions. Very pleasant demeanour and myself and teenage daughters felt very comfortable with his presence at the property -which as a single parent is vitally important to me. Very fair pricing and kept me informed of any necessary changes to prices related to material availability! I have no hesitation in recommending AKP to my elderly parents who were equally happy with work carried out.

Porch tiled: Absolutely perfect. I contacted AKP on Sunday evening, Kev returned by message the same evening. Came on Monday to quote, did the tiling on Wednesday and grouted on Friday. Brilliant service and brilliant job
